All sessions are held via Zoom, making support accessible from anywhere. Participation is free.

After you sign up, you’ll first receive an automated confirmation email with basic information about the group.
Then, within 24-48 hours, you’ll get a personalized welcome email from your support group leader — introducing themselves, answering any questions you might have, and giving you all the details you need to feel comfortable and ready to join.

We talk about everything from coping strategies and treatments to mental health, relationships, work challenges/accommodations, and more.
You can expect a safe, non-judgmental space to share your experiences, ask questions, vent, celebrate small victories, and connect with others who truly get it. Sharing is completely optional. Some members love to talk, while others prefer to listen and absorb. You're welcome exactly as you are.
