TheraSpecs FL-Sun sunglasses are outdoor migraine glasses designed to reduce light sensitivity and visual triggers from bright sunlight and glare. They use a migraine-specific FL-Sun lens tint that blocks both UV light and blue-green wavelengths known to activate migraine pathways in the brain.
The lenses are intentionally darker to provide stronger light protection in outdoor environments, which can help reduce sensory overload, eye strain, and light-triggered symptoms on bright days. Because of this higher level of filtration, they’re best suited for outdoor use and may feel too dark for indoor settings.
