A private tracker and a community that gets it, together in one free app, made by someone who lives with migraine too.
It’s free, and your tracker is yours alone.
Two halves, one app
A private place to track what your body is doing, and people who understand it without you having to explain.

How do you get a doctor to actually listen?
My last appointment felt so rushed. I left without a real plan again.

Privacy
Your tracker is private by default. The community only ever sees what you choose to share.
No data brokers, no selling your health to anyone. That will never be the business model.
Export everything you've logged, or delete it for good, whenever you want. No questions.

Why this exists
I’ve had migraine since I was three years old. I’ve kept notes in scattered apps, in the Notes app, on the backs of receipts, and still walked into appointments unable to answer “how often, how bad?”
I wanted one calm place that holds the whole story, and people who don’t need it explained. So I’m building it. The Migraine Network is free, and it always will be.

Someone who has lived with migraine since age three, not a corporation. It's built around how attacks actually feel, including the moments when screens hurt.
