A warm, safe space to connect with others who truly understand what living with migraine is like.
What to Expect

A space where you can share openly without fear of being dismissed or misunderstood.
We ask everyone to keep what is shared in the group private, so what is shared in the group stays in the group. Please respect each other's privacy.
Each session is facilitated by someone who lives with migraine themselves and truly understands.
Groups are kept to 6-10 participants to ensure everyone has the opportunity to share and be heard.

Community Voices
The Migraine Network Support Group has been a lifeline of connection and information (especially about meds!) as I navigate my new normal. I'm early in my migraine journey, and was worried I'd be "too new" to have much to offer. No need to fret, everyone is so welcoming and there's such comfort in being around people who get it.

A wonderful, safe, judgement free space to get support and ask questions from people who live it and get it!

I like being able to talk with a group of people that really understand what the day to day experience is. I also love that we all understand each other even though we jumble our thoughts or words or need extra time to get what we want to say out. You feel normal and understood.

Life with migraine can feel isolating. Even with support of friends and family, it's hard for them to really understand what you are going through. I joined the Migraine Network support groups about a year ago, and have found my current group to be so beneficial. It's helpful and validating to be surrounded by people who understand what you're going through. Casual conversations about shared experiences, comparing medications and treatment experiences, and ideas for tools and strategies on how to handle life with migraine have all been helpful. I usually end the call feeling heard and validated. I highly recommend joining a group through the Migraine Network!
