Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Migraine Network website ("themigrainenetwork.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the members’ community and tracker. During sign-up we ask for your birth year and you confirm that you are 16 or older. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account, and we may suspend or remove accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Acceptable Use
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts, subscribing, or making purchases.
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect other community members in support groups and any interactive features.
- Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
User Content, Community, and Reviews
Our services include a members’ community, product reviews, and other places where you can submit content such as posts, replies, comments, reviews, photos, and feedback (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant The Migraine Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in order to operate and promote the service, including displaying reviews and testimonials on our website and in marketing. You can delete your own posts and reviews at any time, and we will stop displaying deleted content going forward, though copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit, and you agree not to post content that:
- is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or invades another person’s privacy;
- infringes anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
- is false or misleading, or presents medical claims as fact; or
- contains spam, advertising, or another person’s private health information.
We are not obligated to monitor User Content, but we may review, moderate, or remove it, and to help keep the community safe our system automatically checks posts for signs of crisis or self-harm so a moderator can share support resources. Community posts reflect individual experiences and are not medical advice. If you believe content infringes your copyright, email us and we will respond to valid notices.
Purchases & Refunds
Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., migraine toolkits, printable resources) are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Physical Products
Physical products (e.g., apparel) are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful. Refunds or exchanges for physical products may be requested within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us with your order number and photos of any defects.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Pricing & Sales Tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, so your final total may be higher than the listed price. Shipping costs, where they apply, are also shown at checkout before you pay.
Voluntary Support Payments
Many of our guides are offered free of charge. When a free guide is offered on a “pay what you can” basis, any payment you make is entirely optional and voluntary. These payments are not charitable or tax-deductible contributions, The Migraine Network is a for-profit LLC. Voluntary support payments are non-refundable and are processed securely through Stripe.
Intellectual Property
All content on The Migraine Network, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, blog posts, digital products, and software, is the property of The Migraine Network or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any content from this website.
- Use our branding, logos, or trademarks for any purpose.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file.
Limited personal, non-commercial use of our free educational resources is permitted with proper attribution.
Medical Disclaimer
The Migraine Network provides educational content and peer support resources. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition.
We do not endorse any specific treatments, medications, or medical providers. Information shared in support groups reflects individual experiences and should not be interpreted as medical guidance.

The service, including the website, community, tracker, classes, and all content, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content (including educational and health-related content) is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@themigrainenetwork.com so we can try to resolve it informally. We ask that you give us at least 30 days to work it out before starting any formal proceeding, and we will do the same. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the Washington State courts described in the Governing Law section. To the extent permitted by law, you and The Migraine Network agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and not as part of a class or representative action.
